Pack a picnic hamper or get Braeview to prepare one for you a short walk beside the river and picnic lunch to enjoy and savour - the Bogong High Plains temperatures are traditionally 12 to 15 degrees cooler during summer months.

Swimming or tubing in the river is very refreshing and invigorating and a good way to cool down on a hot day (inner tubes for hire at local outlets).

We have added an Arabian inspired day bed to the pavilion in Reflections Cottage for your relaxation - lots of sumptuous pillows and billowing curtains a nice way to catch up on some reading or a much needed nap.

The new Bogong Power Station opened on 20th November, their information centre, viewing platform and video commentary will be available from mid January 2010.
