How to use our availability tool below

Fill in your preferred dates using the drop down menus in the form below, then click on CHECK AVAILABILITY button.

You will be redirected to a secure server, where you will see which Braeview accommodation is available on your preferred dates.

If our Studio apartment or in-house room of your choice shows available, you can then proceed to our secure booking request form.

On receipt of your reservation request, we will process your booking and advise you of your confirmation via email.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we update our online availability with each booking, most of the time we are about the premises working, gardening, purchasing supplies or conversing with our guests, hence we refer you to our mobile telephone so that we can answer any queries straight away.

You can request room reservations online and we will respond to you as soon as we possibly can.
